National Security is Biggest Problem for Obama, Not Race

The mainstream press seems to see little problem with Obama’s relationship with Jeremiah Wright, and they want to frame the entire brouhaha in terms of race.

I, personally, think this is just typical since liberals have been using a double standard on matters of race for 40 years now.  They seem to find it extremely confusing when the vast majority of the public refuses to go along with excusing the inexcusable in matters concerning hatred and bigotry.

The rest of us expect everyone to play by the same rules.  And we especially expect those who claim to be Christians to forgive and forget, to get on with things and not sacrifice present opportunities on the false altar of grudges and grievances, some of them hundreds of years old.

The Wright affair and Obama’s excuses will come back to haunt Democrats on a daily basis from now until election day in November, if he secures their nomination.

The Democrats have made their own bed…now let them lie in it.

But it seems to me that the issue no one wants to address here is that with the Wright affair, Senator Obama has amply demonstrated his utter unfitness for the Presidency.

Message to the mainstream media:  It’s national security, you nitwits.

If Senator Obama is willing to buy his minister’s excuse for vitriol, hate speech, inciting bigotry in others and every anti-American lie under the sun on the basis of past grievances, then what will he say to dictators of other nations when they hand him the same line.

This is the same worn out excuse that Islamic terrorists use every day.  They hate America, they claim, because we have caused their pain.

Such gall!

The Iranians say they just want atomic energy to bring the fruits of cheap energy to their people, while they plot to bring about a bigger-bang holocaust than the last, all while denying that the first holocaust ever happened.

Such evil!

The Palestinians claim that Israel is the cause for all their suffering and poverty, while mentioning nothing about how much money they’ve spent waging a hideous war against the Israelis instead of simply accepting Israel’s right to exist and using their own resources to feed themselves.

Such balderdash!

And on and on and on.  This is a common strategy now among our enemies, and one that has gained many gullible ears in America’s liberal camp.  Defending the indefensible on the grounds that maybe if we try hard enough we can transform two wrongs into right, seems to be a nasty habit with liberals.

Obama wants to sit down to tea and diplomacy with every dictator in the world so he can hear their side of the story, yet Obama has demonstrated the kind of gullibility with the grievance ploy and the emotional argument that make him the last person in America I would want representing me and my interests.

He has shown every indication that he would fall for every gut-wrenching lie these dictators, these princes of lies, can concoct and, as President, would want to hand over billions of dollars to settle scores and try to appease evil men.  He seems to honestly believe that if there were no poverty, there would be no war.  Ever.  Isn’t that the essential ingredient in Jeremiah Wright’s vociferous screeds, the ones that have kept Obama coming back again and again for more than 20 years?

So, how does Obama think these warring peoples and their dictators get the money to buy weapons?

Why does Obama believe that people who spend their lives plotting wars of revenge and aggression would rather till the soil?  If they stopped their barbarous wars, then maybe they would be able to feed their families.

Somehow, though, these simple truths never seem to occur to men who think like Obama.

Perhaps Obama ought to forget about being President for now, and come back to the national scene after he has learned that enabling evil people is often just as bad, if not worse, than being the perpetrator of evil yourself.

These are perilous times and we simply don’t have the luxury of teaching Obama how to separate right from wrong while he’s on the job.

Especially on matters that pertain to our safety and security, to say nothing of our own simple rights to live, work and breathe free.
