I have been following Mr. Berg’s lawsuit against Barack Obama since August, have been reading his website, and have waited to comment until things firmed up.  Mr. Berg is a lifelong Democrat and, as an accomplished attorney, he has served in the state of Pennsylvania in a number of capacities.  This is no nut, no right-winger, no Republican out for political gain.  This is a man who believes our Country is being defrauded in the biggest scam ever perpetrated by a man and a political Party.
